Visual ProBooks Lite

ProBooks Lite is a fully functional edition of ProBooks which does not 
include some of ProBooks more advanced features.

Limited to one user. Multi-user and Access Control features are not available.
The number of companies (sets of books)  is limited to three (unlimited in standard version).
The number of employees is limited to three (unlimited in standard version).
The number of customers, vendors and items is limited to 1000 (unlimited in standard version).
Job costing does not include phase, subphase, item capability.
The form designer feature is not available except for the Sales Invoice form
 (most report forms are modifyable using the included report form designer in standard edition)
W-2's and 1099's can be viewed but no printed.
Printable PDF manual is not included.
Grid is not programmable.
Menu system is not customizable.
Customized modules and plug in capability is not available.
Support is available on a per call/per minute basis.

Visual ProBooks Standard

ProBooks Standard is a fully functional edition of ProBooks.
Multiuser Access control system provides for access control groups. 
Menu System adapts to User's access options.
The number of companies is unlmited.
The number of employees is not limited.
The number of customers, vendors and items is not limited.
Job costing includes phase, subphase, item capability.
The form designer feature is available for customizing most report forms.
Printable PDF manual is included
Support is available at Preferred Customer rates on a per call/per minute basis.

Visual ProBooks Professional

Programmable Grid provides for customization of click/double click action in grids.
Customizable Menu system allows you to fully customize menus.
Plug in capability allows you to substitute customized modules for standard modules.
Source code option for development and customization flexibility.
