ProBooks Lite
ProBooks Lite is a fully functional edition of 16bit ProBooks for DOS and
Windows
which
does not include
some of ProBooks more advanced features.
ProBooks Lite can be used to demonstrate the features of
ProBooks. If you don't need
the features shown in the list below, you can use
ProBooks Lite for all of your bookkeeping
and accounting needs, absolutely free
of charge.
If you are already familiar with bookkeeping and accounting, or a working
with a ProBooks
consultant or reseller, you may not need some of ProBooks
more advanced features like
those listed below.
And if you get started with ProBooks Lite, your data will work perfectly
well with ProBooks
if you decide you want to register and take advantage
of ProBooks more advanced features.

ProBooks Lite is 'Network Ready', but simultaneous use by multiple users
on a network
(available in ProBooks) is not supported, and running multiple
sessions on the same
computer is not supported.

Support is not available from PC Accountant

Online help is limited to basic features.

ProBooks modifyable forms features are not available.

Multi-level Job Costing is not available.

Payroll tax forms can be previewed but can not be printed.

Access control and access logging is not available.
