Your Visual  ProBooks License Key will be sent by email within 24 hours of your order.
When you receive your License Key enter the new Key by selecting 
System, About, Update License or  Help from the Menubar, and Update License

License Keys are 'cumulative'. Therefore you can enter a one (1) user key and a three (3) user key
for a total of four (4) licensed users. 

Additional keys my be entered to unlock specific features, such as the ability to customize
the menu system and  utilize customized programs, to program the Visual ProBooks Grid 
with custom features. 

Additional keys may also be required to enable annual updating of Payroll tax tables and forms.

Prices include License Key, Online Manual in both HTML and PDF formats, thirty days limited 
email support*, and access to  additional support at Preferred User support rates for one year 
from date of purchase.

IMPORTANT Please Note: Visual Probooks is licensed not sold. Users MUST accept and 
agree to the terms of the PC  Accountant License Agreement to use Visual ProBooks. License 
keys are registered to the purchaser and and are not transferrable. PC Accountant reserves the 
right to deactivate any license key that has be found to be copied to an unauthorized computer.
